EVENT INTRODUCTION

Malaysian Society of Haematology and Annual Scientific Meeting

The Malaysian Society of Haematology (MSH) is the national professional body representing haematology specialists, scientists, and allied professionals across Malaysia. The Society is dedicated to advancing excellence in haematology through education, research, professional development, and advocacy, while promoting best practices and high standards of care for patients with blood disorders nationwide.

In addition, MSH acts as an authoritative consultative body on matters of professional and public interest related to haematology, fostering collaboration among clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and industry partners to strengthen and advance haematology services throughout the country.

The MSH Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) is the Society’s flagship scientific event and a cornerstone of haematology education and exchange in Malaysia. Now in its 23rd edition, the MSH ASM convenes local, regional, and international experts to share cutting-edge scientific developments, evolving clinical best practices, and emerging innovations across the field of haematology.

MSH ASM 2026 will deliver a comprehensive and carefully curated scientific programme spanning malignant and benign haematology, transfusion medicine, laboratory haematology, and multidisciplinary models of care. The meeting serves as a highly valued platform for scientific dialogue, professional collaboration, and meaningful engagement between healthcare professionals and industry partners.

Anchored by the theme “Bridging Equity and Innovation in Haematology,” MSH ASM 2026 will focus on translating scientific advances into equitable, real-world impact, addressing the needs of diverse healthcare settings and patient populations.

MSH ASM 2026 will convene a high-value, multidisciplinary audience engaged in haematology care, research, education, and innovation. The meeting will bring together haematologists and haematology subspecialists, internal medicine physicians, oncologists, pathologists, laboratory medicine professionals, as well as researchers, pharmacists, nurses, allied health practitioners, and laboratory personnel.

Our target audience will also include primary care physicians, medical officers, and medical students, as well as biotechnology and pharmaceutical professionals, reflecting the full continuum of haematology practice, training, and innovation, and will offer sponsors broad visibility and engagement across the haematology ecosystem.
