Note:
Early-Career Doctors refers to doctors in training, including medical students, house officers, medical officers, and registrars. This category is intended for individuals who are currently in recognised training positions and does not apply to consultants, specialists, subspecialty fellows, or doctors in independent or private practice. The Organising Committee reserves the right to verify training status and determine eligibility for this category at its discretion.

Delegate Registration Instructions

  1. Registration
    Delegates are required to register via the official registration portal accessible here: https://asm.msh2026.com/concierge-menu/registration, or by scanning the QR code provided.
  2. Payment
    Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration to confirm participation.
  3. Abstract Presenter Registration Refund
    • Delegates whose abstracts are accepted will be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
      • Malaysian delegates whose abstracts are accepted will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
      • International delegates are required to pay the registration fee in full at the time of registration. Upon confirmation of abstract acceptance, the applicable registration fee will be USD 100, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
      • Only one registered delegate per accepted abstract will be eligible for the registration fee refund.
    • Refunds will be issued in cash at the conference venue at the end of the conference.
      • Refunds must be collected in person by the registered delegate.
      • Refunds will not be processed after the conference has concluded.
      • Further details regarding the refund process will be communicated closer to the event.
  4. Eligibility for Refund
    Registration fee refunds for accepted abstracts apply only to self-paying delegates. Delegates whose registration fees are paid or sponsored by third parties (e.g., industry sponsors, institutions, or organisations) will not be eligible for a refund.
  5. Registration Category Verification
    The Organising Committee reserves the right to verify eligibility for specific registration categories (e.g., Early-Career Doctor, Student, or Member rates). Delegates may be requested to provide supporting documentation where applicable.
  6. Name Badge Policy
    Delegates must wear their official conference name badge at all times to gain access to conference sessions and exhibition areas.
  7. Substitution Policy
    Registration may be transferred to another delegate from the same organisation if requested in writing prior to the conference.
  8. Cancellation Policy
    Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed.
  9. Programme Changes
    The Organising Committee reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, or schedule where necessary.
  10. Right of Acceptance
    The Organising Committee reserves the right to accept or decline any registration at its discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.
